Sub-processors
The providers that process personal data on behalf of us and of our clients.

Partnerd Hire is operated by PARTNERD RECRUITMENT SERVICES S.R.L. (Romania). To provide the platform we use the providers below, each bound by a data processing agreement. Candidate data is stored in the European Union; where a provider processes outside the EU, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or by EU-US Data Privacy Framework certification.

Not sub-processors
- eJobs, BestJobs, OLX — job boards the client enables on its own account; independent controllers we import applicants from or post jobs to.
- Zoom, Microsoft Teams — interview links generated on the interviewer's own account, at the client's choice.
Changes
We notify clients at least 30 days before adding or replacing a sub-processor that handles candidate data. Clients may object within that period; the list above is updated with every change.
