Marketing & Engagement Specialist - Bookster Hungary

Bookster is a corporate reading platform that started in Romania and has just launched in Hungary. To help it grow here, we're looking for a colleague who can build the local community through campaigns, engaging content and events that bring readers together.

Here's what you'll do: - Understand how Bookster works in Romania (campaigns, mechanisms and channels) and adapt it for the Hungarian audience; - Translate, write and edit content (newsletters, articles, in-platform messages, campaign copy) in a clear, natural and friendly tone; - Organize events in client companies (e.g. book presentations or other interactive experiences for users); - Adapt and run engagement formats (especially quizzes, word games and rebus-type formats); - Explore and propose ways to increase Bookster's visibility and usage in Hungary; - Measure the impact of your initiatives and refine your approach based on the results. Some things about you: - You're a reader first, books are part of your daily life; - You've worked on marketing, events or community projects before, even on a small scale; - You treat writing as a craft: you enjoy finding the phrase that fits and you've done it across different formats (campaign copy, newsletters, articles etc.); - You're the type who'd build a Gantt chart for a weekend trip - structure and clarity are simply how you work; - You believe marketing should bring real value by connecting people with what actually fits them; - You're a native Hungarian speaker and comfortable working in English or Romanian at a business level.
