We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can combine content, paid media, and creative execution to build a stronger online presence and support sales growth. In this role, you will plan and execute the social media strategy across relevant channels, with a strong focus on video content and paid campaigns on Meta platforms. You will create and publish content, write clear and effective copy, coordinate or produce visual assets using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, and AI-assisted workflows where useful, and continuously improve performance based on data. You will balance day-to-day execution with strategic thinking, making sure content supports both audience growth and commercial goals. Success in the first 90 days means you have developed a clear social media strategy, started building a meaningful increase in followers based on that strategy, and created stronger alignment between social activity and sales outcomes. You will have identified what content formats perform best, improved campaign structure on Facebook and Instagram, and established a practical rhythm for testing, learning, and optimizing. We’re looking for someone with solid hands-on experience in social media campaigns and at least 2 years in a similar role. You should be confident running paid campaigns on Meta, comfortable creating or adapting visual content, and able to write copy that is clear, relevant, and conversion-aware. Strong initiative matters in this role: you should be able to spot opportunities, propose ideas, and move work forward without waiting for detailed direction. Professional English at C1 level is expected. A relevant university degree can be helpful, but practical experience and good judgment matter more. This is not a management role. It is an individual contributor position for someone who enjoys owning execution while also shaping strategy. We offer a net salary of 10,000 RON, meal tickets, and private medical insurance.
